Huge Bag of Worries - Autumn 1

This week we have concluded our topic about emotions and feelings. We made worry monsters and worry catchers, practised weighing and counting objects accurately, and have written about what makes us happy and sad. We identified the phonemes i,n,m and d. We have also created emotion faces using fruit.

We have been really enjoying talking about our book ‘Huge bag of worries’. We have explored a range of emotions and looked at worry monsters with numbers on. We ordered the numbers and counted the correct amount of objects to go with them. We created emotions with play dough and sorted pictures of emotions.
