Yesterday you should have written a narrative linked to the video of the rocket launch. If you haven't finished that, now is your time to do so!
Once you have finished, work through this PowerPoint which looks at different story starts. Choose one of them to recreate the beginning of your story.
English Activity - 03.06.2020
On the 30th May, as you may have seen, a rocket carrying two astronauts was launched from America. This rocket is called 'Dragon' and was carrying Robert Behnken and Robert Hurley to the International Space Station.
In English today, you're going to write a narrative based on the video below, which is the launch of the Dragon rocket. Your story could be about anything linked to this video and it can be as short or long as you like. Your narrative might tell the story of one of the astronauts and his journey to the ISS, it might be written from your perspective, as though you're an astronaut on board or it could be anything else you choose. Be creative!
