We were having so much fun and were so excited about the plans for the next week but then we had to start working from home.

A new section will now be set up for you with home learning for you to access.

Stay safe everyone.

Happy December everyone! We have had such fun this week. The children started their topic all about Christmas. We launched this topic by making decorations and putting up our tree. We also made Christmas hats for the chickens and pigs we had on the wall from our farm topic. We read a story called ‘A Letter to Father Christmas’ and thought about what other people we knew might like to have for Christmas. We have sorted shapes and weighed items. We hope Santa won’t have so many presents his sleigh will be too heavy to fly on Christmas Eve.

A highlight of the week was a visit from our class Elf 'Jingles' who leaves letters for us on our Christmas Tree. He couldn't stay at first because he was a bit too cold overnight in our classroom but we managed to find him some pyjamas and a sleeping bag and hopefully he might be warm enough to stay next week now.

Other highlights of the week were taking part in a County PE challenge on Monday and our 'mad hair day' on Friday.
